    I made the mistake of buying the wrong person an annual pass is there any way I could change the name on the annual pass, I am the one who is paying for the card so instead of canceling it I was wondering if I could just give it to the right person

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    I’ll admit it - I’ve goofed before and assigned the wrong Theme Park Ticket to the wrong person’s My Disney Experience account. While I wasn’t able to fix it online, when I contacted Walt Disney World Resort,they were able to sort out the situation for me and get the ticket assigned to the correct person. From what I understand, provided that the other person to whom the Annual Pass is currently linked hasn’t used it yet to enter a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park, you should be able to have Guest Services fix the situation for you by using the contact information contained in the link I’ve provided above.
