Hello! I made a mistake and buy Florida resident ticket, Can I exchange for a regular ticket at the gate? Or Did I lose my money?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Fabiana! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

We all make mistakes sometimes and like Dory, it's good to "Just Keep Swimming!" If the ticket you purchased has not been used, and it was purchased after the year 2005, you are able to exchange that ticket for an additional charge. To do this, you can visit Guest Relations at any of the theme parks or at Disney Springs. If you are staying at any of the Disney Resort Hotels, you may also upgrade your ticket by speaking with a Lobby Concierge Cast Member at the resort. Fabiana, to make this easier, I would make sure to have any email confirmations or other information from your original purchase of the Florida Resident Special Ticket Offer.

Hopefully you are able to quickly and easily exchange your ticket and start enjoying the park of your choice!
Best wishes for a pixie-dusted day!
