    I made the magicmobile pass for my husband and myself and when I share his pass and he tries to added to his wallet a message comes stating “there was an error adding one pass to wallet. He also has an iphone 11. Please advise if something needs to be done

    Hello, Luisana! Welcome to planDisney! 

    I'm so excited to try out Disney MagicMobile service this weekend at The World's Most Magical Celebration! I have my digital pass tucked away in my Apple Wallet and on my Apple Watch. Even though I'm a local and an Annual Passholder, this will be my first time using Disney MagicMobile because, like you, I had to wrestle with it for a while. That means I've learned a bit about how it works, so I'm happy to try and help!

    Once you've created a digital pass using Disney MagicMobile, you do have the option to share it with other Guests. However, I've seen others note that you can't share passes with Guests whose plans you manage on your My Disney Experience account. Even if your husband has the My Disney Experience mobile app on his phone, if it's logged in to your account, you'd likely have trouble sharing the pass. On the other hand, if your husband were to set up his own My Disney Experience account, he can then create his digital pass through Disney MagicMobile.

    I understand why you may want to keep all of your family together on one account, though, Luisana. That's how we're set up in my family. I'm the primary keeper of our My Disney Experience account, and I manage plans for my husband and son. In our case, to use the Disney MagicMobile service, I'd call up all three passes in my Apple Wallet and swipe through to scan each one at the theme park entrance. Since we're not always together in the parks, we've decided that they'll just continue using MagicBands for now.

    Disney MagicMobile service is a new technology that I'm sure will continue to evolve over time. Hopefully, our feedback will help Disney develop a way for everyone in our party to get in on the fun!
