    I have the Made with Magic 3.0 ears and would like to change their color, but cannot do it because the Shop Disney Parks app is no longer supported. Is there any other way to change to colors of the ears? The new shopDisney app doesn’t seem to support it

     You ask a tough question. When Made with Magic 3.0: Connected Ear Hats debuted, Guests were excited to have the ability to control such a fun Disney Parks accessory from the comfort of their own home. Not only could Made with Magic 3.0: Connected Ear Hats change color using the in-app Color Remote on the Shop Disney Parks app, the hats could also sync to special Disney broadcasts!

     You ask a tough question about the Made with Magic 3.0: Connected Ear Hat that you own. Now that the Shop Disney Parks app has retired, the in-app Color Remote is no longer available. My best advice is to contact Merchandise Guest Services. I'm hoping a friendly Cast Member there has an easy, pixie-dusted solution for you!
