Hiya Chad,
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your dining reservation question! How exciting that you will be visiting Disney World, and even better, enjoying a meal together with a party of seven in just a few short weeks. There is just something extra magical about gathering around the table with family and friends during a Disney vacation!
So Chad, let’s dig right into your question. You’ll be happy to know you don't need to list every Guest dining with you on the reservation.
When my family visits Disney World, we often dine with my in-laws, and my mother-in-law always likes to see our
dining reservations right in her
My Disney Experience app. So, if anyone in your group likes to keep track of the day's plans, you can easily add them to the reservation.
In the My Disney Experience app, select your dining reservation and look for the option to modify or update the party. From there, you can select guests connected to you through your Family & Friends List and add them to the plans. This way, they can see the reservation in their app as well.
One other thing to keep in mind is that some dining experiences, especially those that require advance payment, such as
Cinderella’s Royal Table, may ask you to specify the number of adults and children in your party when making the reservation.
Chad, I hope this helps make planning your meal a little easier. I hope your party of seven enjoys a delicious Disney feast together, with plenty of good food, laughs, and maybe even a little extra pixie dust! If you have any additional questions as you plan your visit, please come back and see us again.
See you real soon,
Christina
