I made a lunch reservation at Be Our Guest for my daughter's birthday, but wanted to let them know ahead of time that we are celebrating, how can I add this to my online reservation?

Bonjour, Sherry! You have selected a most excellent Disney Dining location to celebrate your daughter’s birthday! Be Our Guest Restaurant was actually my choice of dining location for my last “big” birthday! We enjoyed every bite of our meal from appetizers to the “grey stuff” for dessert!

At the present time, the only special requests that can be made online are for dietary restrictions or accessibility requests due to a medical need. However, you can still make your special birthday request upon arrival to Be Our Guest Restaurant. When you check in, be sure to mention to the Cast Member that you are celebrating your daughter’s birthday! You can also mention the special celebration to the Cast Member serving your table. If it will provide “peace of mind” knowing that you have mentioned the birthday celebration in advance, you can call (407)-WDW-DINE and ask a Cast Member to add the birthday as a note on your reservation.

Sherry, since you're celebrating your daughter’s special day, I also wanted to share that you can contact Disney Floral and Gifts to have a special surprise waiting for your Disney Princess in your resort hotel room! Also, don’t forget that you can pick up a complimentary birthday button at your Disney Resort hotel or at Guest Relations in any of the parks!

Disney Dining will have a few extra magical touches to make your daughter’s birthday special and memorable at the castle where Belle and Beast shared that magical dance and began their happily ever after!
