When I made my in-law's and my reservation for our trip (that starts Nov 4 to Nov 10) I requested that we have connecting rooms. I don't see it on anything. And when I did the on-line check in yesterday there was no where to put it. Should I call?

Hi there Heather. You must be so excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

One thing to keep in mind about special requests at a Disney resort hotel is that they aren't guaranteed unless there is a medical concern involved. However, you were wise to make your needs known when booking your reservation as there is likely a coded abbreviation alerting the room assigner that you would like connecting rooms with your mother-in-law. I would recommend calling the resort about a week prior to your arrival and once again nicely making your needs known. When you check-in, be sure to review the room placements to determine if any location changes are needed at that time.

Remember, Disney aims to keep guests satisfied, so they will do their best to accommodate you, but you may need to be flexible. Your connecting rooms may actually be adjoining and not have an internal door however, you will still be within steps of one another.

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel! Wishing you a pixie-dusted visit this November!
