I have made hotel reservations for a family reuion/70th birthday for a total of 17 people at great expense. Ive tried to book park reservations but see that all of April is blocked off. This puts the whole event at risk. is it opening up?

Hiya, Julia! Thanks for stopping by planDisney and asking your question!

Wow! It sounds like you have an absolutely epic Disneyland Resort trip planned for you and your family! Currently, theme park reservations are available to book 120 days in advance. When you first checked out the calendar, it was very likely that those dates just weren't available quite yet. I checked today and the reservation calendar now goes through April 17th. If your trip extends beyond that date, just wait a few more days and you should be good to go.

If you have Park Hopper tickets, you will make theme park reservations for the park you want to start at each day. Then, at 1:00 p.m. you can start hopping to the other park and continue hopping back and forth the rest of the day. If you booked a vacation package which included your hotel accommodations and theme park tickets, you will use your vacation package confirmation number to make theme park reservations as your actual eTickets won't be linked to your account until four days prior to arrival.

I hope your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is full of magic and memories!
