We made hotel reservations but cannot find park tickets available.

    Hiya, Rhonda!

Thanks for bringing your question to the planDisney Panel. Let’s see what options are available to get you and your party into the Disneyland Resort theme parks!

Each Guest of the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have valid theme park admission and a theme park reservation. The procedure for booking park reservations depends on the method used for purchasing theme park admission.

If you purchased a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, your booking would include theme park tickets. A Vacation Package Travel ePackage, which includes eTickets and other Magical Extras, may be accessed four days prior to your arrival at the Disneyland Resort. To access the ePackage, sign in to your Disneyland Resort online account and link your package with your account.

Guests with a Vacation Package won’t necessarily need to wait for your Travel ePackage to arrive to make theme park reservations. Guests with a Vacation Package should visit the "My Theme Park Reservations" page and click on the “Retrieve Hotel Reservation” link to proceed with booking a theme park reservation based on the theme park tickets that are anticipated to arrive in a Vacation Package Travel ePackage.

If you are staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels you may make park reservations from inventory that is available exclusively to on-site hotel Guests. To access that pool of available reservations, make sure both your theme park tickets and your hotel reservation are linked in the same Disneyland Resort account. Visit the "My Theme Park Reservations" and click on the “Retrieve Hotel Reservation” link to ensure you are linking with the correct set of reservations for you as a Disneyland Resort Hotel Guest. This method even works for Guests using a Disneyland Resort Magic Key pass for park admission!

Tony’s Tip: The Disneyland Resort is a magical place. As such it is very popular. Theme park reservations are limited and subject to availability. I recommend booking those reservations as soon as possible! And if reservations aren’t showing as available for a date that you wish to visit, be sure to keep checking the availability calendar frequently. Reservations may become available from time to time when other Guests need to change their plans.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Rhonda!
