Hi Vicente! Welcome to planDisney. We’re so happy you stopped by!
If you ask me, there really has never been a better time to visit
Walt Disney World Resort! From
Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration to exciting new attractions like
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, there is something fabulous to enjoy at every turn. So, I’m so happy to see that your visit is just a few short weeks away. Can you believe that it’s finally almost here?! You must be so excited!
Now, it sounds like maybe your vacation plans need to be linked to your
My Disney Experience account so you can view your tickets and
Disney Resort Collection hotel reservation all in one place. So, let’s do that together, shall we? To get started, pull up the confirmation email you would have received when you booked your vacation package. Look for the confirmation number, and log into your My Disney Experience mobile app. Next, open the menu by clicking on the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, and click on “Link to Account.” Now, toggle over to “Type ID” and scroll down to the “Resort Reservation” section. Enter your confirmation number and the last name on your reservation, and click “Link Reservation.” Finally, follow the prompts, and you should be all set!
Now that your vacation is linked, you should be able to see your tickets by clicking on the “Tickets and Passes” tile in the menu, and you can view your other plans by selecting the “Future Plans” tile. If any of the steps above don’t do the trick, you may need to call the helpful Cast Members on the My Disney Experience support team at (407) 939-4357. They will be more than happy to troubleshoot with you.
I hope you found this answer helpful, Vincente! As you continue to prep for your upcoming visit, know that we are here to help you make the most of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. So,
please visit us again with any questions you may have.
Until next time,
Diana
