Hi, Andrea! Welcome to planDisney!
I absolutely love helping my fellow Coloradans plan trips to the Disneyland Resort! It sounds like you may have purchased a
Good Neighbor Hotel vacation package which means you need to link your package to your account before you can make theme park reservations. I'd be glad to walk you through the process!
- Start on the "Theme Park Tickets and Reservations" page and click the "Make Park Reservations" button.
- After logging into your Disneyland Resort account, you'll be directed to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page. Scroll down and click the "Retrieve Hotel Reservation" button.
- Enter your vacation package confirmation number, last name, and arrival date. You should then be directed back to make theme park reservations for your trip.
Keep in mind that if you purchased Park Hopper tickets, you will make a reservation for the park you want to start at each day and then at 1:00 p.m., you can hop to the other park.
If you made your hotel reservation and purchased your tickets separately on the Disneyland Resort website, it's likely that you made your theme park reservations when you bought your tickets. You can verify this online by clicking the "Tickets and Reservations Details" link under the "My Disneyland" menu. If you purchased your tickets through a third-party provider, you can manually link your tickets to your account by clicking the "Link Tickets" link under the "My Disneyland" menu. After your tickets are linked, you should then be able to make theme park reservations.
I hope this information was helpful! Have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
