Hi there, Tannetta,
I’m sorry to learn that some of your party won’t be able to visit the Disneyland Resort with you. I’ve been making some adjustments to my family’s theme park reservations recently too. You can certainly make the adjustments that you need for the select few that need to cancel or reschedule theme park reservations.
You can start your theme park reservation modifications either in the “Future Plans” section of the
Disneyland app or on the Disneyland Resort website. Either starting point will lead you to the “
My Theme Park Reservations” page on the website. From that page, select the “Cancel Reservation” link for the date you want to modify. It’s a multi-step process, so don’t worry. It won’t cancel reservations for all of the Guests associated with that one confirmation number on that first step. The next page will allow you to select the Guests for whom you would like to cancel. A subsequent confirmation page will give you one last chance to verify the selection of Guests to cancel before finalizing the cancellation.
Hopefully, those that can’t make it this time will be able to reschedule for another date not too far in the future. After they hear from you about your adventures in The Happiest Place on Earth, I’m sure they’ll want to make those reservations as soon as possible.
Tony’s Tip: To preserve memories of your visit to the Disneyland Resort, I recommend adding the
Disney Genie+ service to your Theme Park Tickets. Genie+ is also a great service to gain access to the
Lightning Lane queues of select attractions for everyone in your party that adds on Genie+. But even if only one member of your party has Genie+, you may still access and download all your
PhotoPass photos linked to that Guest’s account. Remember to link your on-ride photos from attractions like
Space Mountain and
Radiator Springs Racers.
Thanks for visiting us here at planDisney, Tannetta. Have a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort!
