    I just made Good Neighbor Hotel Reservations on the Disney website near Disneyland + tickets and now it's not letting me have access to Park Reservations. How do I go about doing that sooner rather than later?

    I am thrilled that you have booked a Good Neighbor Hotel vacation package for a trip to the Disneyland Resort! So many magical memories await you! You will receive your complete travel ePackage, including your theme park tickets, in your Disneyland Resort account a few days before your visit. However, you can use your vacation package confirmation number to make your theme park reservations now. Let me walk you through the process:

    • Start on the "Theme Park Tickets & Reservations" page and click the "Make Park Reservations" button. 
    • After logging into your Disneyland Resort account, you'll be directed to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page. Scroll down and click the "Retrieve Hotel Reservation" button. 
    • Enter your vacation package confirmation number, last name, and arrival date. You'll then be directed back to make theme park reservations for your upcoming trip. 
    If you haven't done so already, be sure to download the Disneyland app to your mobile device. You will use the app for all sorts of things while in the parks like mobile food ordering, checking attraction wait times, and joining the virtual queues for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure.
