    I have made my final payment for fort wilderness rv camping. When will I receive my final documents, wristbands and campsite information? Thank you!

    Hi Toni!

    It sounds like you have booked some sort of package for your stay at the Fort Wilderness Resort. Most guests who come to the campgrounds don’t book packages therefore it is a little more confusing.

    If you do not receive the documents via mail then they will be at the check-in for you. Your Magic Bands will also be waiting for you upon check-in unless you prefer to go to your My Disney Experience and personalize them and choose special colors. If you wish to do this then you will need to visit and personalize no less then about a month out from your arrival date. They will be mailed to you about three weeks before you arrive. Otherwise you will receive the gray ones.

    You will not receive any site number or location until you check-in. This is the same as the resort guests since it is like a large puzzle for the resorts to have to put together on a daily basis. Some guests stay longer then initially reserved while others might have to depart sooner. It is a constant job making sure guests are being situated where they can enjoy the amenities they have requested.
