    I have made my fast pass selections, but need to change a time because of meal reservations. When I click on select a new time it keeps giving me the same time. I know there are other times available. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Cynthia!

    Modifying a FastPass+ time should be an easy task.  Log-in to your My Disney Experience account and select 'FastPass+'.  Then click on 'Update FastPass+'.  Choose the appropriate date that you need to change and then click on 'Select New Time' on the attraction.  You should see a drop down menu with available times.  After you select a new time, be sure to click the green 'Update' button and NOT the green 'Close' button at the bottom.  I have done this several times by mistake and was scratching my head as to why my time didn't update.  If it is still not working for you, I suggest calling the My Disney Experience help line to see if they can work it out for you.
