Hi... I've made our family's reservations for a 3 day park hopper and was wondering if I could switch the the parks I choose to enter first?

Hi there, Cristal. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for taking the time to visit us with your question.

I’m delighted to hear you’re planning an upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort in October! I enjoy visiting Disneyland Resort anytime of the year, but I particularly love the fall. The weather is really nice in Southern California during that time and I absolutely love the Halloween decorations throughout Disneyland Resort, not to mention there'll be plenty of yummy seasonal treats to savor!

Cristal, I’m happy to report that you’re able to change which park to start your day. Be sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to ensure the other park is available as starting park before you make your changes. You’ll be able to do this on the Disneyland mobile app or on Disneyland.com. You can change just one day, two days, or all three days of your reservation. You’ll actually cancel your current park reservation and make a new one with the new starting park.

To cancel your theme park reservation on the Disneyland mobile app or on Disneyland.com, begin by signing into your Disney account. For Disneyland mobile app:
    1) On the home page of the app, you’ll see “Park Reservations” with the date and theme park listed.
    2) Click on “Manage or Make Reservations>”
    3) Under “My Theme Park Reservations”, click on “Cancel Reservation”.
    4) Select “Who Needs to Cancel?” and follow the prompts to make the necessary cancellations.

On Disneyland.com, when you log into your Disney account:
    1) Locate “My Disneyland”. Hover your cursor over it and you will see “Ticket and Reservation Details”.
    2) Scroll down and click “View My Park Reservations >”
    3) Click on “Cancel Reservation” and follow the prompts to select the reservation(s) you would like to cancel.

You can now make new park reservations with the same process when you purchased your tickets. You’ll select the new park of your choice. Once everything is confirmed, you will receive new QR codes for your new park reservations.

As you continue to plan your trip, please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again if you have more questions.

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki
