    We have made our family vacation reservations. When can we expect to receive our vacation packet?

    Hi Keith!
    That's awesome that you will soon be headed to the most Magical Place on Earth! As far as travel information, you should receive that a few months before your travel dates. I would allow several weeks from the date you booked, but depending on reservation traffic, sometimes it arrives even quicker. No worries, it will be there soon.
