I made Disneyland Reservations 4 weeks ago and it showed in my app, but now(1wk from the visit) the reservation now longer shows. I don’t have a confirmation email so there is no way for me to prove it. I spent 1 hr & 15mins on the phone. No Res

    Hello, Esmeralda,

I’m sorry to learn of the issues you are experiencing with displaying your theme park reservations. I’d be happy to share some ideas of things to check and try out.

There are two places to check for future theme park reservations in the Disneyland mobile app. One place is the “Future Plans” screen, where you will also find future dining reservations. The other place is the “My Genie Day” or “My Day” screen. This screen shows information for today by default. But you can also tap “Change Day” to browse through the calendar for future dates that feature your upcoming park reservations. If you are still missing your park reservations in those places, I have sometimes found it helpful to log out of my account in the Disneyland app and log back in with the same account used to make the park reservations. As a last resort, you may also choose to uninstall and re-download the app.

If you are missing your theme park reservation confirmation email, it might be worth checking the spam or junk mail folder of your email account. You should also be able to find your theme park reservations on the "My Theme Park Reservations" page of the Disneyland Resort website. If you still don’t see the information you are looking for, please reach out to a Cast Member again for assistance.

When the phone lines are receiving a lot of calls, I find that online chat is often an option that works well for me. You can access the chat service from the Disneyland mobile app. I usually submit a question to the chat service and then come back from time to time to check for responses and to continue the conversation.

Tony’s Tip: Be sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Disneyland mobile app. I also recommend enabling notifications for the app so you will be alerted when chat responses come in. Notifications may also include other useful notifications from the Disneyland Resort, such as reminders about upcoming Lightning Lane return times and mobile food and beverage orders.

I hope some of these suggestions help get your visit to the Disneyland Resort back on track, Esmeralda. May the Force be with you!
