I made a Disneyland Park reservation on my PC and can't find it on my mobile app

    Hi, Jill!

Uh oh! Did you happen to make your reservation on June 26? If so, I hope that 626 day didn’t mean that Experiment 626 (A.K.A. Stitch) was causing mischief for you!

To verify your theme park reservations, let’s back up a bit and check your account on the Disneyland Resort website. You can visit the "My Theme Park Reservations" page to find your current reservations. If everything looks fine there, head back to the Disneyland mobile app to try out a few possible tricks. Some initial tricks might be to force quit the app and/or fully reboot your mobile device to clear out any undesired cache or other unexpected app states. Another easy thing to try is to log out of your account on the app and log back in.

If none of the above works, it may be time to call the cavalry! No, not the Circle D Ranch. (Though they are pretty cool!) Sticky situations like this might be best served by reaching out to a Cast Member with the Website Support phone line. Also, if you are using a Disneyland Resort Magic Key pass, Cast Members with the special phone line for Magic Key Holders may be able to verify your pass is in good standing relative to such things as past park reservation usage and monthly payments. Cast Members on the chat service available from within the mobile app may also be another great resource to help resolve challenges like this.

Jill, I hope something here helps resolve this situation for you. And I hope you have a magical time visiting the Disneyland Resort!
