Hi Cindy,
Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you need to link your tickets in your
My Disney Experience account. To do so, look for the ticket confirmation that should have been emailed to you when you made the purchase. Once you have that number, log into your My Disney Experience account, click on My Plans, and then click on
Link Reservations and Purchases.
Once your tickets are linked and assigned, you should be able to make park pass reservations. After you make those park pass reservations, if you decide to change plans, be sure to check the
theme park reservation availability calendar before canceling any existing park pass reservations. After you make park pass reservations, I also suggest that you make a few
advanced dining reservations. My family loves dining at
'Ohana,
California Grill, and
Narcoossee's because they all have a view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks.
If you have not done so already, review the details of
Disney Genie service and all of the other new features in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. On my last few visits, I have appreciated using
Disney MagicMobile service,
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, and
Mobile Dine Check-in. Each of these tools made our park experience much easier to navigate.
Cindy, get those bags packed and get ready for your next
Incredible Disney Day!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
