I made Disney reservations through the Disney Hotel. I can see the QR codes for the tickets and the date confirmation code, but I cannot see the actual tickets. I can't link via QR code. How can I link the actual tickets to the app before I visit?

Hi there, Amanda! Thanks for stopping by planDisney and asking your question!

It sounds like you booked a Disneyland Resort vacation package! How exciting! It also sounds like you were able to successfully make theme park reservations with your vacation package confirmation number. That is all you need to do at this point as your actual theme park eTickets will be linked to your account four days before you arrive. So you will see your tickets in the Disneyland app a few days in advance and you'll be all set to go have a blast at the parks!

Did you happen to add Disney Genie+ to your tickets when you booked your vacation package? Disney Genie+ is $20 per day, per ticket and it allows you to select the next available return time for an attraction and then skip most of the wait by using the Lightning Lane. If you didn't add it on already, you will be able to do so each day you are in the parks in the Disneyland app.

I hope this helps. Have a magical day!
