Disney's Magical Express

    I made a Disney Express reservation to pick us up at MCO and bring us to Bay Lake Towers, then take us from Bay Lake Towers back to MCO. Arrive on 3/18 and leave on 3/21. I have not received a confirmation. Will I receive one?

    Thank you for stopping by today with a great question. I am happy to hear that in just a couple of months you will be making memories at the Walt Disney World Resort!

    Complimentary transportation to and from Orlando International Airport with Disney’s Magical Express is currently offered to Guests with new and existing reservations at Disney Resort hotels for arrivals throughout 2021. As you plan future Disney vacations, please note that this service will be discontinued starting January 1, 2022.

    You should receive a Disney’s Magical Express confirmation letter before your departure. This letter will be mailed separately to you and you will have to present it to board the motorcoach. You may also present a MagicBand if you purchased one ahead of your visit, but in this case remember NOT to pack it in your checked luggage. Keep your MagicBand with you and use it to check in with Disney's Magical Express upon arrival. If you do not have a MagicBand and don’t receive a confirmation letter, please present a government-issued photo ID and Cast Members will be able to assist you. I never receive confirmation letters because I do not live in the United States, so I just present my passport and Disney Resort hotel confirmation number.

    Upon arriving at my Disney Resort hotel, I usually call Disney’s Magical Express from my Guest room to confirm my return reservation. When it is finally time to go back home, a Disney’s Magical Express notice will be delivered to your Guest room the day before check out. The departure time and location of your ride back to the airport will be on this notice (based on the flight schedule provided at the time of Disney’s Magical Express reservation). Please note that you must present this notice to the driver before boarding the motorcoach. If you have any other questions regarding Disney’s Magical Express, or if your flight information changes and you must update it, please call (407) 939-1936 for assistance.
