    I have made all my dinning reservations last week, however I have never received any confirmation email or number. For one particular reservation at California Grill I even input my credit card number. How can I retrieve that reservation?

    Hi Christy! Without the dining reservation number, you cannot retrieve the booking online, but you can call 407-WDW-DINE and give them your information and they can pull up all your reservations for you. You can then write down your reservation numbers and other information for your upcoming trip.

    I know I recently had an issue where I thought I made a dining reservation online, but it turned out I hadn't completed all the steps to the confirmation screen so that's why I hadn't gotten the email. That was quite embarrassing on Mother's Day in France - but luckily they could accommodate our party. Whew! So it's a good idea to call ahead and make sure your reservations really went through and get your numbers - especially with the California Grill, you want to make sure that went through properly.
