    I made dinner reservations for my girlfriend and I at Narcoossee's. We will be celebrating our engagement. She is a very picky eater. If she wanted to get a steak and lobster mac and cheese, will they do that? Can you substitute like that? Thank you!

    You have selected to celebrate at one of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort Restaurants. In fact, my husband and I just celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a fabulous dinner at Narcoossee's. It is one of our must-do restaurants for every visit. I don't think your fiancé will have any issues as the menu offers a selection of items. It looks like she might be a surf and turf fan, so I must suggest my husband's favorite entree, the Filet Mignon with Maine Lobster Tail. We are huge fans of the signature Lobster Macaroni & Cheese and have found that it is a perfect size for us to share in addition to our entrées. However, there is one item on the menu that we never share--the Almond-crusted Cheesecake with Lambert Cherry Sauce. This dessert is a perfect balance of flavors and a wonderful choice for a celebration. Be sure to note your celebration on our dining reservation and ask for an "I'm Celebrating" button from your resort concierge because you never know when a little extra pixie dust may come your way. 

    I hope you have a magical celebration dinner and have many pixie-dusted years of marriage.
