Well, it clearly sounds like there are some technical issues going on with your
My Disney Experience account. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your My Disney Experience account, so I cannot see precisely what is going on. I can offer advice based on my experience with similar issues. In the past, when reservations disappeared from my account, I contacted a
Cast Member is Website Support to get assistance. The good news is that the Cast Member could still see my reservations even though I could not. They were able to work some magic so that those reservations reappeared in My Disney Experience account.
Once those reservations are visible again, I hope you continue the fabulous planning! Since you just made
advanced dining reservations, I hope you secured a lunch or dinner for
Space 220 Restaurant. I just dined there the week it opened and it was truly
out of this world. If you do have a reservation, I hope you've taken a look at the
lunch menu and
dinner menu to start thinking about what you would care to enjoy!
Tamra, if you have not done so already, I will also suggest that you check out the
Enchanting Extras Collection. My family loves doing a special activity on each trip so I always review the possibilities in the Enchanting Extras Collection. We have an upcoming trip in December and I just booked a
Capture Your Moment - Magic Kingdom photo session. The girls and I are super excited. You could also try scheduling a special
50th Anniversary Tour. That might be just the way to celebrate the visit!
