Hi Karen,
It is so nice to see you stopping by planDisney with a question!
Well now, this is a dilemma. I am curious, have you checked your
My Disney Experience account on the website and in the mobile app? Occasionally, I have experienced difficulty with one but not the other. You should have also received that
advanced dining reservation confirmation number via email. So, if the reservation is not properly linking in your My Disney Experience account, you can log into My Disney Experience online (top right of the screen on the Walt Disney World website), then click on My Plans, and then click on Link Reservations and Purchases.
If you have tried all of the steps above and still do not see the reservation correctly linked in your My Disney Experience account, I suggest that you
call to speak to a cast member in Website Support. When I have called to get technical support, the cast members have always been fantastic and were able to help me resolve my issue. And, as you prepare for your trip, I also hope you have created a spreadsheet or chart with all of you plans. We always include our dining plans with the reservation numbers.
Karen, I hope you have considered using
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering during your visit. We typically use it at our resort hotel on the days we sleep in and spend time at the resort. Two of us will place the order for the food and go pick it up from the quick-service restaurant at the resort hotel, and then we take it back to the room. So, be sure to think about your dining plans on those days that you relax at the resort!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
