We have made dining reservations for the 6 people in our group, but found out we will have one other person join us at the park for a day or two. Can I reserve for 7 people? It look like the website will only allow a maximum of 6.

It's great to see you here today at planDisney, Kerri! With your trip to Walt Disney World Resort coming up next week, I think it's a great idea to finalize your dining reservations to make sure everything is ready for your vacation. You still have plenty of time to make some changes if you need to and I'm happy to walk you through exactly how to do it.

Kerri, if you want to add another guest to your dining reservation, you can do so by clicking "Modify" on the reservation page in My Disney Experience. If there's space available, you'll be able to change the number of diners in your party and confirm your dining time. As part of the phased re-opening process, restaurants have made adjustments to capacity and larger parties may need to book over the phone. If this is the case, you'll receive the message "Sorry, we are unable to process a reservation for this number of guests online." and you'll be prompted to call the phone number on the screen. I recently booked dining reservations for a large group for one of my upcoming vacations, and a very friendly Cast Member was able to make that happen for me over the phone. Changing the number of diners may affect the availability at the restaurant where you currently have reservations, so come prepared with a back-up plan in case you need to change reservation times or dining locations. It always helps to have a plan B in mind!

    Have a magical day, Kerri!
