Hi Moms, I made all of the dining reservations for a party of 9 and then my relatives decided they wanted to join us. Can I link 2 separate reservations, both staying at Disney resorts, so that we may dine together?

    Hi, Kristin!

A Disney vacation planner's work is never done!  That is nice of you to make your family's dining reservations.  It is certainly a lot of work getting all the magic organized!

Your best bet with adding two guests would be to call (407)WDW-DINE.  Explain that you have additional guests and see if they can add them on.  If not, book them a separate reservation.  Arrive at the podium 15 minutes prior to the reservation times and explain you would like to dine together.   They will work to try to make you one big happy family at dinner!

Another option they might offer you when checking in for your reservation is two tables.  With a party that size, they simply cannot guarantee everyone will be at one table.  My large extended family often travels together and we often do this.  It is actually kind of fun to table hop, and *maybe* sneak a bite of your cousin's dessert ;)  !

Have your list of reservations handy and call the Disney Dining reservation line.  See how it goes.  If you need additional help after speaking to them, drop me a note and we will figure something out!  Good luck!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
