I made some of my dining reservations online and some over the phone. However, I am only seeing the ones I made online in My Reservations. What has happened to the ones I made over the phone?

    Hi Leslie!

The dining reservations that you made over the phone are still there, but the online system and the phone system are not connected.  As long as you have the confirmation numbers from the dining reservations that you made over the phone, you will be fine.  You can always call back on the phone and verify the dining reservations that you made over the phone as well.  The dining reservations that you made online should all be in your My Reservations page.  I usually make dining reservations both over the phone and online.  I normally make a spreadsheet with all my dining information such as date, restaurant, time of reservation, and dining confirmation number to help me keep track of things.  When you get to Walt Disney World, Guest Services at your Resort can pull up all of your dining reservations and print you a copy of them.

I hope that you have an amazing trip filled with magical memories on your next Walt Disney World vacation!
