If I made dining reservations at the Crystal Palace the night of Disney's Very Merry Christmas Party, must I also purchase the standard admission ticket plus the christmas party ticket? or do I just purchase the christmas party ticket?

    Hi Lori!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The Crystal Palace is one of my favorite dining experiences at Magic Kingdom, and not just for it's name! I love to enjoy its tasty food and the Character interactions are so much fun. Some of my favorite pictures and memories of my little ones at Walt Disney World Resort are from when they bounced with Tigger during a lunch at The Crystal Palace!

In order to enjoy a meal at The Crystal Palace, you will need valid theme park tickets to enter the theme park. The time of your reservation will determine the type of ticket you will need to enjoy your meal. Tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will allow you entry into the theme park beginning at 4:00 p.m., so if your reservation is after that time, then your tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party are all you need. If your meal is before that time, then you will need to either purchase a standard theme park ticket to enter the park earlier or reschedule reservation to be after 4:00 p.m. so you can avoid purchasing a second ticket for the day.

Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as you continue planning your trip for announcements and details about this year's Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
