I made some dining reservations on my account, and my daughter made some dining reservations on her account. How can we link them so we can each see all the reservations? When I tried linking them on my account, it said they were already linked on hers.

    Hi Molly!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Dining question to us hEAR!

It sounds like you might be familiar with Mickey's Florida house and how dining reservations over there can add the name of each diner which then shares the reservation to everyone's account. Sadly things work a bit different at Disneyland Resort. At the moment, only the person who made the reservation can see the plans in their My Disneyland Account and Disneyland Mobile App. However, there could be an update to this later on in the year when Disneyland Resort receives the MagicBand+ system as Disney World's dining reservations used to be different until they started integrating more connectivity. The best way to stay on top of this information would be to keep checking the Disney Parks Blog as they are the best source of Disney news straight from Mickey himself. You can even follow the DPB across all of your social media channels, where they use the handle DisneyParks.

What you can do now, however, is keep either a list or note in your phone of the dining reservations that you do have. But, if I can share this kind of fun spin, there's actually a hashtag Disney Dining Hack accidentally built into the same reservations not showing up under two accounts: right now you're technically able to hold multiple dining reservations at the same time under the current system, whereas if everyone were linked you couldn't have another seating scheduled for the 90 minutes before and after a current reservation. This way if you're only so-so about one of your bookings, if you're trying to nab a different time or location, or if you just want to play around to see if anything better shows up at the last minute, you'll be able to hold as many tables for the same three hour time period as you have people in your party which cannot be done at Walt Disney World with the one reservation is linked to everyone who is dining.

I hope that this helped to clEAR things up a bit, Molly! Be sure to follow the official planDisney Instagram account where we're sharing all kinds of tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
