It is true that most table-service dining locations require a credit card guarantee to secure your reservation and that the cancellation policies differ by location. You can review the policy for the dining location at which you currently hold your reservation by visiting the restaurant's page and scrolling down to the section on cancellations. Or you can log in to your MyDisney account and review "
My Plans" to see more details about your reservation.
I highly recommend that you check those cancellation policies in advance, as there is often a per-person fee for cancellations after the designated period or for no shows. You can
cancel or modify an existing reservation online, or within the
Disneyland mobile app.
Another nice option for locating dining availability on the day of your visit is to use the
Mobile Dine Walk-Up Availability feature within the mobile app. This will help you identify same-day dining reservations at select locations around the theme parks and the Disneyland Resort hotel properties.
