    I made a dining reservation for a friend. He is set as the reservation contact so it won't let me change the guests in the reservation. He has been unable to change the reservation as well.

    Hi there, Candice. Welcome to planDisney. 

    I am so glad you were able to make some advanced dining reservations for your friend. Some of the best places tend to fill up really quickly so good looking out! I'm not sure why you aren't able to modify the reservation to change the Guests listed. Have you tried using the MyDisneyExperience mobile app instead? I find that to be pretty user-friendly. How it should work is that you or your friend will log in to the app. Then, find your "Future Plans" under the menu navigation. Next, you'll scroll down until you see the dining reservation that you would like to modify. Once that is selected you should see the dining party and the option to "Update Party". If you click on that, in theory, you would be able to add anyone else that is on the dining reservation that you are connected to via the friends & family list. I just modified a dining reservation of mine to test this out and it did work fine. If for some reason, this isn't the case for you then it is time to call in the professionals. You can call 407-WDW-DINE starting at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse's time and a friendly Cast Member will be more than happy to assist you. If you have the dining reservation confirmation number, I'd have that on hand to help speed up the process but they should be able to get this all straightened out for you.
