Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Caitlin. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to see you'll be traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort this weekend! I bet you're counting down the days with excitement.
I'm glad to hear that you've pre-registered for
Disability Access Service. Isn't that new option super convenient? Now that you're pre-registered, you'll have even more time for pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks! You ask an interesting question about your DAS Advance Selections. My understanding of the new program is that Guests may choose up to 2 DAS Advance Selections for select attractions. I'm not sure why you would see 3! If you'd really like to remove that third selection, my best advice is to reach out to Disability Services. They can be reached by calling (407) 560-2547 or by emailing disability.services@disneyparks.com. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!
I am a big fan of Memory Maker. As a mom of three, I'm often the one behind the camera, but with
Memory Maker, we can all get in the shot! If you purchased Memory Maker, you should be able to see it listed on your
My Disney Experience account. Start by logging in to your My Disney Experience account online. Hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World Resort homepage and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu that appears. Scroll down the page that says, "Caitlin's Plans and Tickets" until you see your Daily Itinerary. Click on the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab that you'll see to the right of the "Daily Itinerary" tab. You should see your Memory Maker purchase listed below your tickets. If you don't see your Memory Maker listed, not to fret! You may just need to link your purchase to your account. You'll see a blue "Add More Plans" menu listed just to the right of the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab. Select "Link Reservations and Purchases" from that menu. On the next page, click on the "Memory Maker" box. There you can enter your Memory Maker ID to link that purchase to your account. If you experience any difficulty linking your Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience account, be sure to stop by the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel when you arrive. The Cast Member there can help you get it linked!
I hope this was helpful, Caitlin. I'm wishing you a Disney vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
