Hey there Linda and welcome back to planDisney!
A special princess deserves a special day at the Walt Disney World Resort and I see you've been working hard to make your daughter's 15th birthday a time to remember. A fabulous royal ensemble, dining at
Cinderella's Royal Table, and frolicking through
Magic Kingdom Park sounds like a perfect birthday to me. But of course, no birthday is complete without a cake! Let's try to get your princess the sweet treat for a sweet day!
Cinderella's Royal Table is on the current list of restaurants that offers
Mickey Celebration Cakes as an option. These adorable confections can be chosen in the flavors dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or white chocolate and are currently listed at $39(prices are subject to change). This particular location requires that these cakes be ordered in person. You can order 4 days before your reservation if you happen to be in Magic Kingdom Park, but if that's just not practical you can absolutely order one on the day of. Just speak with a Cast Member when you arrive and they will be happy to assist you.
Pro-tip: Make the moment even sweeter by adding Happy Birthday to your cake's little chocolate ears! Trust me your teenager will appreciate the extra added aesthetic touch when she's taking those perfectly filtered pics for social media.
In an exciting turn of events,
Traditional Character Greetings are going to start phasing back into the Disney Parks as soon as April 18th! While y'all are in Magic Kingdom Park, make it a point to head down Main Street U.S.A. to
Town Square Theatre to see The Main Mouse, Mickey, for a birthday hug!
Linda, I hope I've been able to add a little magic touch to your daughter's birthday soiree. If you have any other questions,
come back and see me again for another chat!
Happy planning!
Taylor
