    I just made changes on the phone with a cast member but they are not showing up in my Disney experience, should I see then right away or does it take time to update?

    Hi Amanda, 

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am so happy to hear that you were able to make changes to your reservation, you are going to have a magical time during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! 

    Whenever I make changes over the phone, the Cast Member says that it may take up to 24 hours to update, however I do find that the changes are updated within a few hours.  Given that the new Special Offers were released yesterday, I am sure that there are lots of guests modifying and changing their reservations, which would put a strain on the system.  What I would recommend is that you double check that you have received a conformation email with your new Magic Your Way Vacation Package and keep checking your My Disney Experience to see if your information has updated.  If after 24 hours it has not yet updated, I would suggest calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 and speak with a Cast Member.  Even if they cannot update your reservation, you will have the peace of mind knowing that your reservation has been changed.
