Hi Brad! Winnie the Pooh and his pals await your arrival at
The Crystal Palace in
Magic Kingdom Park! Great job scoring a fantastic Disney Character Dining experience! Your family is going to love dining at The Crystal Palace!
Your question is a good one! I’ve been in a similar situation. My family booked two reservations (both at the same time) at ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. We were fortunate to get seated together! Here’s what we did to make it happen. First, enter the situation understanding that it’s possible that you might not get seated together. Our group was fine with that arrangement, so we proceeded with our reservations as planned. Upon arrival at the restaurant inform the host that you have two separate reservations but request if it’s possible to be seated together or close to each other. If it’s possible, The Crystal Palace will try to make that happen for you! They want you to enjoy your experience and if they are able to enhance that experience by seating you together, they will make the accommodation if possible.
Another suggestion is to continue to monitor reservation availability for your group of five. Guests frequently change dining reservations. It’s quite possible that between now and your visit that a reservation for five could become available. You would be able to cancel your previous reservations and book the new reservation together!
Brad, I’d suggest slipping Winnie the Pooh a little extra honey on the side, but he’d probably just run off with the jar! Cast Members at The Crystal Palace will try to accommodate your request…no extra honey is required!
Happy planning!
Jonathan
