    We made bookings for August 11 and paid the deposit through an agent. Is there provision to check ones balance online? And make further payments online, with a credit card?

    Hi Aletta!

         Congratulations on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World!  Since you booked your vacation through a Travel Agent and not directly through Disney, you will not be able to access your reservation online.  However, your Travel Agent will have access to it and should be able to forward you a confirmation directly from Walt Disney World, confirming your deposit.  Regarding payments, you may certainly make payments through your Travel Agent, which they can pay for you by phone or online with a credit card.  This can be a great way to pay off your vacation before it arrives!

          Using a Travel Agent who specializes in Walt Disney World can be wonderful!  Their advice can be extremely valuable - enjoy your vacation!
