Hi Samantha,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! So happy to hEAR that you’re on your way to a magical holiday later this year!
Samantha, you’re correct, you’ll need to add the confirmation number into your
My Disney Experience account to start booking your
Disney Park Pass reservations. Now, if you ordered over the phone and you already have a My Disney Experience account, the tickets could already be in your account. Let’s check! From the
Walt Disney World Resort home page, in the upper right corner you’ll see “My Disney Experience”, select this. After signing in, under “My Plans”, see if your tickets are here. If they are, great start making those Disney Park Passes!
If the tickets aren’t linked, let’s move to your personal email. Please make sure you’ve checked all folders for your confirmation email including your junk and trash folders. Somehow the email could have ended up in the wrong folder. If you find the email, just use that confirmation number to link your tickets to My Disney Experience!
If for any reason, you’re still not finding the email, I suggest connecting with the
Disney Park Tickets help desk again. This way they can hopefully resend that email. Before calling, double check that your email address is correct within your My Disney Experience account as well.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you begin selecting your holiday plans for your upcoming trip. If you have any other planning or vacation questions in the meantime,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
