Lisa, I’m sure you have double-checked your junk email box since you should have received a confirmation email when you made your reservation. The next step is to check again in your My Disney Experience account on the website or mobile app. To check on the website, your reservation should appear under “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” in your Daily Itinerary. If you check on the
mobile app, select the three bars at the bottom right of the screen and select “My Plans”. This will open a screen that shows dates on the top where you have plans made. Select the date of your reservation and it should be in your plans for that day.
Lisa, if you still don’t find the reservation, it’s time to make a
phone call and talk to a friendly Cast Member who will help you find your magical day for your granddaughter.
I can tell you from experience that you are going to have as much fun and remember the experience as much or maybe even more than your little princess! My Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique memory didn’t involve a fairy princess; it involved three brave young knights! Three of my grandsons were transformed into dragon slayers! They were pampered and treated like kings by the amazing Cast Members! The three knights took over the Magic Kingdom for the rest of the day and saved Cinderella Castle from all the evil villains!
