Hello! I made an appointment for my daughter at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Downtown Disney. She was 12 at the time I made the reservation. However, she will be turning 13 on the day of the appointment. Will they still honor the appointment? Thanks.

Hi Marisol! It is easy to get wrapped up with all of the fun you can do while on a Disney vacation. I am sure it never even dawned on you about your daughter's age when you made her the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation. The age for this special event is indeed 3-12. If you are unable to get an earlier appointment for her I don't feel they will make you cancel her time just because she is hours older then 12 years of age.

Please understand that Disney does have to put age restrictions on various activities and there are reasons behind their thinking. Children younger then three have a hard time being able to sit still for the duration of a makeover. Children older then 12 might have a difficult time finding a size for a princess gown. They also didn't want to see adults taking over the time spots leaving the younger children disappointed.

I am sure this will be a very special and memorable birthday for her!
