I made my ADR's today and now I think I may have to change our arrival date to a few days later. We booked with DP so I didn't have to pay for CRT. If I cancel my existing package and plan to book another package later, will my ADR's get cancelled?

    Hi, Tiffany!

    Not to worry!

If you've booked your Advanced Dining Reservations through Disney Dining, you'll be able to keep all of those that you want even if your resort reservation has to move a few days later.

While Guests are able to link resort reservations with many other types of reservations, they are not embedded with one another, and would have to be modified / cancelled independently of one another. Many Guests prefer to book a resort package and make their specific dining reservations at a later date, so keeping that flexibility open really helps everyone in the long run.

Think of your Disney Dining Plan as the way you're planning to pay for your meals throughout your stay, rather than a reservation service. Disney Dining, both online and via phone at (407) WDW-DINE will handle all of your dining reservations needs (booking, adjusting and cancelling, too.) Once you sit down at Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom, you'll use your Disney Dining Plan entitlements to "pay for" anything in your meal that's covered by the plan. Just be sure to remember the cancellation policy for any meals which required a credit card guarantee; it's best to cancel those as soon as you know that you cannot use them, so that you don't forget to cancel them later and end up getting charged $10 per person for a no-show.

Best wishes for the perfect plan for your trip to Walt Disney World, Tiffany! Send more questions as you think of them; we love to help!
