Hi Jamie, Fantasmic is one of the best live shows at WDW. That being the case, it gets very crowded. My husband and I love it, but we won't seeing it without the VIP seating that comes with the dining package. The crowds are just too intense. People start waiting to get in to the amphitheater an hour before the show starts. The show is only presented a couple nights a week. You may have requested your reservations for a night that Fantasmic isn't showing. If that is the case, I would recommend switching around the days. If you are visiting WDW with a park hopper, I would recommend spending the day at another park and then entering Hollywood Studios for dinner and the Fantasmic show. The park gets very crowded on days when Fantasmic is being presented.
