Made ADR's noting a gluten intolerance, then emailed special diets confirming. How necessary is it to fill out and send in Guest allergy-Dietary request form? Do I have to send in 16-18 forms (2 res's per day, 9 night)? What if we change res? Thanks

Hi Crystal! I'll be happy to assist you with this question. Sounds as though you are already familiar with the process for requesting special diets at the Walt Disney World Resort. You may forward a completed Guest Allergy/Dietary Request Form to SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com. Be sure to include the dates, times, and Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR) numbers for each table service restaurant you will be visiting. If you change ADR between now and your arrival date, you will have to repeat the process by forwarding an updated Guest Allergy/Dietary Request Form to the email address shown above. You may also call (407) 939-3463 to request a gluten-free special diet at least three days prior to arrival. Alternatively, you can contact each individual dining venue at least 72 hours in advance. In addition, it might be helpful to alert the wait-staff at the restaurant about your gluten intolerance. Many times the chef on duty will talk to you personally about the gluten-free meal options that are available at the restaurant. In order to make informed decisions at counter service locations, be sure to request the "ingredients list book." You may certainly talk to the manager about your gluten intolerance and you will be directed to suitable items that are safe for you to consume. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance. Have a memorable vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
