When I made ADRs for December, I forgot to include note about a gluten intolerance. Best/better option - email special diets with ADR confirmation number and info about intolerance OR tell server at arrival to restaurant? Thanks so much!

    Howdy Emily!

During one of our recent visits, I was overwhelmed by the amount of time, energy and effort the team at Disney devotes to Guests with special dietary needs.  I think you will be extremely pleased with the high level of service you receive as they do all they can to accommodate you.

I would suggest that you contact Disney Dining Reservations at (407) 939-1947 and ask them to make a note about the gluten intolerance on all of your dining reservations.

When you get to the restaurants, I'm quite confident that your server might ask you about the gluten intolerance before you have a chance to say anything but be sure your dietary request is noted.

If you dine at any quick-service locations, be sure to find a Cast Member and let them know of the gluten intolerance as well.

If there are any questions, a Chef or other Cast Member will discuss the various options with you to ensure all dietary requirements are met.

Thanks so much for your question and please let me know if you need any further information as you plan your vacation.  Have a magical day!
