We made ADR and are not sure if we will be able to make the reservation. It will depend upon a couple of variables in our agenda. How far in advance are you required to cancel the ADR? What happens if you don't cancel and then are unable to make it?

    Hi Michelle:

I'm sure Disney appreciates you thinking ahead about your advance dining reservations.  Unless you had to use a credit card to secure the reservation (only a few restaurants require a credit card hold), there is no penalty for a cancellation.  However, so Disney can release the reservation back into the system and the restaurant can plan appropriately for the evening, it's best to cancel the reservation with as much advance notice as possible.

    Enjoy your vacation.
