Just made ADR - first time! We will have five in our party. Only one of us has special dietary restrictions. I noted the restrictions in the reservation, but how can I make sure that they don't plan for 5 special meals....only 1? Thanks!

Aimee congratulations on your first Walt Disney World reservation! I hope this booking is the first of many delightful Disney dining experiences.

Noting special dietary requests on your reservation gives the restaurant a heads up when a guest with an egg allergy, lactose intolerance, or other dietary issues will be dining. When you arrive your party will have a chance to talk to your server and, if needed, the chef or manager about your group member's special requests. Table service restaurants are prepared at all times to deal with guests with special dietary needs and estimate their numbers based on experience as well as reservations. Typically the staff is on target with their preparations.

    Enjoy!
