Just made an ADR for BOG before park opening! Son is gluten free. I did not see anything about offering GF foods for breakfast. Do you know much about it or should I think of somewhere else to eat? Thanks, Crystal

    Hi Jaynee!

Thanks for coming back to see us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so happy to hear that you were able to get a reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant before the theme park opening! We have accommodated my son's food allergies during many Walt Disney World Resort vacations and this is one of my family's favorite dining experiences to enjoy with him. While my son is not gluten-free, I absolutely love the way this restaurant accommodates food allergies and based on our experiences, I expect that they will do a great job accommodating your son's special diet as well!

Be Our Guest Restaurant is a quick service restaurant for breakfast and Guests order at a kiosk. For Guests accommodating food allergies or special diets, you can navigate to a specific food allergy section, select the foods that you need to avoid and then the menu will be updated to show the foods that are safe for your son! My son loves the allergy-friendly waffle. If you have trouble with the ordering system or need help adding his allergy to his meal, you can ask for assistance from a Cast Member or Chef.

All breakfasts are delivered to Guests at their selected table. My son's allergy meal was delivered completely separately from the rest of our food, which minimized my cross-contamination concerns. Breakfast at Be Our Guest Restaurant includes tasty pastries delivered with your meal and Guests with special diets are no exception! My son received his own plate of allergy-friendly pastries to enjoy. My son cleaned his plate and our whole family was ready to start our theme park day!

I definitely recommend that you try this restaurant for your next trip as it's on my family's "must-do" list for breakfast. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
