Hello, I have made an account for our group of 10 (2 families). I did the connect to Family and Friends. It still puts me in charge of all the kids in the groups. How can I get 2 kids to go under their parents accounts to manage them?

    Hi Lauren!

When my family travels to Walt Disney World we usually have a large group, as well, so I certainly understand the challenges of planning a trip for a lot of people. It is important for you to know that anyone you have linked to your My Disney Experience account on your My Family & Friends List will be managed by you. In order for your friends to be able to take care of their 2 children and manage their trip, they will need to have a separate My Disney Experience account with their kids on their Family & Friends List. You will need to remove all 4 of them from yours. Once you log on to your account, click on My Family & Friends List and go from there. If you need help doing this please call (407) 939-5277.

Thanks for stopping by. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help as you plan your magical Walt Disney World vacation.

Here's wishing you a visit sprinkled with Pixie Dust!
