Hi Lynne, we are going to be staying at the Contemporary Resort. I was wondering what is provided already for babies swimming in the pool - Eg does the resort have floaties for them? Do they have mini bathrobes if it’s cold? Swim diapers? Thanks!

    Hi Rochelle,

It’s wonderful to see you again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking me another question!

I’m happy to say that all Walt Disney World Resort hotel pools, including the ones at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, have life jackets that can fit kids of almost all sizes. If your little one is on the smaller side, then I’d recommend that you bring another flotation device that your little one is already used to using.

As for swim diapers, those are absolutely available at your Resort’s gift shop, Bayview Gifts. I’ve also seen some mini bathrobes, pool cover-ups and other amenities available for purchase that may make your little one more comfortable during her swim, so be sure to check out what they have to offer. Some of their stuff is really cute, so it’s often tough to resist making a purchase (or three)!

I hope my answer helps you plan some fun moments splashing around with your little one during your upcoming vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
